Republican leaders there are promising their chamber will now consider the bill quickly.</p> Wed, 20 Mar 2013 16:14:52 +0000 Associated Press 14439 at http://kmuw.org http://kmuw.org/post/former-dodge-city-clinic-withdraws-funding-suit <p>The Dodge City Family Planning Clinic is trying to withdraw from a lawsuit that challenges a state law that strips federal funds from family planning clinics in Wichita, Hays and Dodge City.</p><p>A filing with the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals Monday shows the parties have entered into an agreement to dismiss the Dodge City clinic from the suit.
