Wed, 07 Aug 2013 22:33:07 +0000 Associated Press 21601 at http://kmuw.org Emergency Workers Going Door-To-Door In Lindsborg To Gauge Flood Damage http://kmuw.org/post/emergency-workers-going-door-door-lindsborg-gauge-flood-damage <p>Emergency management workers are going out door-to door in Lindsborg&nbsp; to assess damage from flash flooding that forced the evacuation of several homes.</p><p>Lindsborg residents started returning to their homes Tuesday morning as the waters receded.</p><p>City Administrator Greg DuMars said between 124 to 140 homes were flooded, mostly in an area that encompasses two subdivisions.
