Jeff Colyer en Affordable Care Act Debate Continues Before Congress <p>Kansas Lt.&nbsp;Gov. Jeff Colyer will testify before a joint congressional subcommittee in Washington Wednesday about potential challenges for states under the federal health care overhaul.<br><br>Colyer says it's important for Congress to hear concerns about the Affordable Care Act, which was passed into law in 2010.<br><br>Colyer is a surgeon and says the law is flawed and detrimental to ordinary Americans.<br><br>President Obama and others say the act will help millions of uninsured Americans find health coverage.
