Moliere’s comedy, which takes a look at academic pretention, focuses on the lives of a group of “learned ladies” and their insatiable obsession for learning and high-brow culture of the conceited kind. Mix in a love triangle, a weak-minded husband, and a grammatically incorrect housemaid and you have one of Moliere’s most-beloved comedy of manners. This production is directed by Dr. Bret Jones.
Mon, 30 Sep 2013 20:49:48 +0000 Jedd Beaudoin 24153 at http://kmuw.org At Play: Moliere and Menopause At Play: Tom Stoppard, Andrew Lloyd Weber Productions On Tap http://kmuw.org/post/play-tom-stoppard-andrew-lloyd-weber-productions-tap
The Crown Uptown Theatre continues its run of Cats.
