Ambassador Hotel Hosts Job Fair

The new Ambassador Hotel in Wichita has up to 100 positions to fill before it opens in December.

At a job fair next week, hotel managers will be recruiting for a variety of positions including front desk concierge, bellman, valet, housekeeping, administrative assistant, accounting assistant, sales coordinator and supervisors. The Siena Tuscan Steakhouse will also be hiring a full staff.

“We are looking for the finest talent Wichita has to offer, people with a passion for hospitality,” said General Manager Michael Frimel in a release Friday. “People who are friendly, extremely professional and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure our guests needs are met.” 

Attendees at the event can meet with managers and learn specifics regarding the positions available. 

Applicants are encouraged to bring a resume; and applications for employment will be available at the event.

The job fair will be held in the ground floor banquet room of the Eaton Place at Douglas & St. Francis in downtown Wichita on Thursday, November 8 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
