Court of Appeals Judges G. Gordon Atcheson, Karen Arnold-Burger and Senior Judge John Bukaty will hear oral arguments at 9:30 am, 11 am, and at 2 pm. Attorneys for each side in each case will have 15 minutes to present their arguments; though the judges may ask questions at the hearings, they will issue their decisions at a later date.

The hearings will be held in the CAC Theater on campus and are open to the public.  Students and audience members will be able to ask the judges questions after the hearings.

Some of the cases the judges will hear include: an aggravated burglary case and a child pornography case, both from Sedgwick County; plus the case of a Cowley County man contesting the way police obtained his confession for involuntary manslaughter.
