This week at the Crossroads, it’s music from May featured artist Taj Mahal who turns 75 this month.
In this show, we’ll hear music from one of his classic ‘70s albums, Music Fuh Ya, as a special guest with soul jazz organ great Jimmy Smith, from his Hawaii-inspired Hula Blues Band lineup, and from the new album with Keb’ Mo’ – plus a House of Blues Taj Mahal Special in hour two of the show.
Also the latest from the Big Head Blues Club (with a tribute to Willie Dixon), John Mayall, and the Hot 8 Brass Band.
