Wichita Officials Participate In 46th Annual Wichita Black Arts Festival

Wichita Mayor Carl Brewer, Wichita Interim Police Chief Nelson Mosley, and former Police Chief Norman Williams participated in the 46th Annual Wichita Black Arts Festival Parade Saturday, August 30.

The festival at McAdams Park, featured vendors, food and music throughout the Labor Day Weekend.
