That is more than the revenue earned in nearly the same period by the two other state-owned casinos.</p><p>Boot Hill Casino in Dodge City earned $119 million. It has been averaging more than $15 million a month. The&nbsp;lottery owns and operates the casino's games.</p><p>If that pace continues, the casino will bring in more than $180 million this year.
