This time in the Global Village, it’s horns o’ plenty with Bulgarian saxophonist and NEA National Heritage Fellow Yuri Yunakov, South Africa’s African Jazz Pioneers, New Orleans’ Dirty Dozen Brass Band, and Jamaica’s Skatalites – plus some psychedelic world-jazz from both Gabor Szabo and the Taal Tantra Experience.
